Delivery

  • Our Team

Our drivers travel in teams of two, and are always trackable via GPS and contactable via phone. In the event of unexpected delays on the roads, our delivery teams will be in contact.

  • Click & Collect

We now offer a Free Click & Collect Service, simply order online and come and pick up in store anytime that we are open. Place your order and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect.

  • Courier

For exceptionally long distance orders, or international orders we will send your order out via courier. For prices on international delivery charges please get in touch with our team. 

Our Delivery Team

  • Our expert 2 man delivery team fulfill orders from Monday-Friday, between 8am-5pm.
  • Our team will assemble and install your bed in the room of your choice.
  • You will be given a 2 hour window in which we deliver your goods
  • Our delivery team will be in contact with any updates en route.
  • We can also take away and dispose of your old mattress (chargeable extra).
  • Free delivery for all customers within a 10 mile radius of Framlingham.

Additional Terms

  • All charges are inclusive of VAT @ 20%.
  • For all areas not listed and international orders please contact us for a quotation.
  • Charges may vary depending on volume (cubic meters) of your purchase.
  • Delivery lead-time for standard size or stock items is approximately 2-4 weeks.
  • Delivery lead-time for special size or special-order items is 4-6 weeks.
